Roger Deran started his programming career with the first PCs, writing 8080 assembly language for a custom OS at PolyMorphic Systems. He has written real-time software, GUI applications, I/O drivers, embedded systems and more. He likes concurrency, B-Trees, and high-performance software such as his own InfinityDB and AirConcurrentMap at boilerbay.com. He has two patents.
